I am a new Sales Consultant here at Serra Traverse City. Having started in this industry at a young age, I am proud of how far I have come in such a short period of time. My approach to business is built on connection. I prioritize making people feel comfortable and happy throughout the sales process. I am naturally approachable and easy-going, and I find that the best conversations often happen when we move beyond the transaction to discuss shared interests like art, music, food, or current shows. Outside of the office, you can usually find me riding dirt bikes, at another concert, or taking another road trip with friends. Mikenzie was so kind and accommodating while we were looking for a vehicle. We hit a deer with our van and had to find something before the school year started and we live in an area that doesn’t have a lot of options. We drove 2.5 hours to look at vehicles and she was very helpful in looking for things that fit our budget and needs. We ended up having to do a 7-Day exchange because of some strange circumstances that were very stressful and she was so positive even when I was very discouraged that we would ever find the right thing. I appreciated how quickly she always responded to messages and how she continued to check in with me after the exchange process to make sure the vehicle and I made it home safely. She took what started a very stressful situation and turned it around so that I got exactly the vehicle I needed at a price that fit my budget. I feel like she really cares about her customers and was very pleased to work with her.

Mikenzie was amazing! She helped up get a good price for our car we were trading in. She also showed us a lot of other options if we weren’t happy with the vehicle we were looking at getting. She followed up after we made our purchase to make sure everything was to our satisfaction aswell! She was super helpful and I’m thankful we had her as our sales consultant.
