Hi, I’m Kelvin Smith. I grew up right here in Traverse City, and I’ve always loved problem-solving—whether it’s fixing a technical issue or helping someone get the service they need. My background in technology support has given me the tools to approach challenges logically, but what I’m most passionate about is providing a positive customer experience. When I’m not at the dealership, you’ll probably find me by Lake Michigan, relaxing with my Maine Coon cats, or tinkering with one of my computers at home.
